This page is for screenathon participants who are unable to make online payments for registration. Kindly enter your information here, and we will create a fundraising page for you and contact you with the details for how to share this with your family and friends to raise funds for Screenathon.

After signing up, kindly download this form to collect donations from your sponsors who are likewise unable to make donations online. These donations will be added manually to your fundraising page when you email us at screenathon@reachghana.org to notify us.
